Login problems

When trying to login my wife gets an error that her email is already in use, but when we go to the website to reset the password, we get an error that her email is not in the database. Any suggestions?

I've tried tons of times to log in, but its taking a while. I've re downloaded it a few times, rebooted my phone, and its still taking a while. Can you please help? Thanks.

Same here. I've tried logging in, without success. It takes forever, and the log in icon has been spinning for the last 15 minutes. I can't seem to 'cancel' or 'go back' so its just idle. I thought it was a password issue, so I tried to reset the password, and oh, that doesn't work either. It says "application error- try again later". Help?

Yep. I am having logging in as well. The spinning wheel is just spinning for several minutes.

Hi Brad,

Perhaps your email has some capitalization in it? For example the first letter is capitalized or vise versa. Right now, our login system is case sensitive - we're working to make it less so. If that still doesn't work, let me know and we can try to figure out what's going on.

That did the trick! Thanks for the help, the iPhone was auto capitalizing the email address. It works great now, thanks again!
