Pair won't let me login

My boyfriend sent me a message and I couldn't see it so i closed the app and tried reopening and it still wouldn't work. I even restarted my phone and re downloaded the app and now it is taking forever and won't even let me log in. Help please.

I am also experiencing this same issue. IT happened after a message sent was not being received. I attempted on wifi and 3G but there must be a authentication glitch with the servers right now. I hope that this will be addressed shortly :-(

I would say at about 11am PDT, that was about the last time i could send a message. It was giving me an error with the option to resend. I tried that, and the second and third attempts did not work
Finally, I logged off and did a restart of my phone and now i can not get past the login screen.

Hey Everyone, so sorry about the problems in the last 45 minutes. Pair is getting extremely popular and we had to scale a few things up to accomodate all the demand. We're monitoring it non stop and promise that it will get much better in the next day. Please let me know if you're still having trouble logging in or if you have any other problems remaining.

Hey there, I was having the same issue and now it appears to be somewhat resolved except for the fact that it keeps giving me an invalid password error. I might be entering my password incorrectly although I'm almost sure I'm not, is there a way to reset my password?

Hi Charlotte,

I just sent a password reset email to you, you should be able to click a link there and set your password to a new one. Hope that helps!

Hi there,
It seems that I have the same password problem as Charlotte.
I just signed in, but during the login it says that my password is wrong.
Could you just reset my password.
I guess it could help to let the user reset his password himself.

We sent a password reset link to both of you. Check your email, set a new password, and you should be able to login.

same password issue on very first login after confirming email adress from link found in mail sent by other side of the pair : please send password reset link by mail!

Hi Joei,

If the password is causing you problems, you can try resetting it: update to the latest version; then, on the login screen, tap on "Forgot password? Tap here". It should let you enter your email, which will then send you further instructions.

Hi!
I have Pair installed on my iPhone. My girlfriend uses the new Android version. We linked together but there is a Problem: In her App I seem to be offline! (I'm not..) But sometimes she is able to send Messages (which I get) But if I send something it gets send away I think, but it never arrives her. if she logs out and on she gets all the messages but the new ones aren't sent again. May it be a bug?

i keep trying to log on but just like you guys after i got a message it won't let me go back in to check it. i tried redownloading it but still tells me it failed to autheticate user. please help
