I tried to log back into my account but it insisted my password was incorrect. I followed the link to reset my password. It told me to check my email to continue with the reset process but the email never showed up. What do I do now?

My phone logged me off and I forgot my password..
We sent password reset emails to all of you. They should show up - check the Spam folder if you can't find them. The email should have a very quick link to reset the password.

I just signed up and have the same problem as you other guys: Pair logged me out, and there seems to be no way to reset it.
Please solve this or I can't keep trying your app (or recommend it to my friends)

Sorry for the delay - if you update to the latest version, there is an option to reset your password: on the login screen, tap on "Forgot password? Tap here". It should let you enter your email, which will then send you instructions to reset your password.
