I keep getting invalid password, login failed. I have repeatedly tried to contact support to reset my password but nobody will respond. Will somebody please help me?
I have the same issue...emailed & contacted pair numerous times but they haven't gotten back either. :S Pair, Please respond asap, this app needs better support!
If you update to the latest version, there is an option to reset your password: on the login screen, tap on "Forgot password? Tap here". It should let you enter your email, which will then send you instructions to reset your password.
