Viewing and sending messages

For some reason the pair app hasn't been working for me! I deleted the app and redownloaded it but everytime I try opening it, the messages don't load so I can't view them or send anything! What do I do? ):

Hey guys, we just released an update in the last 24 hours that should fix many of these issues. Could you try updating to this version and see if it fixed things? Thanks!

Well I updated the app...changed my alert tone and everything (ps, I like the face that the Dates are now collapsible and what you'all did with the Moments) However as of yesterday things have been stuck. First my boyfriend couldn't send messages, then I couldn't then I received them later on but I couldn't send. After that I got stuck on the password screen and couldn't type anything. I tried deleting the app and re-adding it from the cloud. I logged in fine using my e-mail address but now it sticks on the (empty) chat screen and then it crashes.
HELP!

Me and my girlfriend are having the same problem. Even after the update we're having the same problems. It's not quicker as promised and every now and then the app decides to completely not work for a certain amount of time. My girlfriend deleted the app because she thought that it might have a positive effect on it but it makes a clear screen on the conversation screen and my girlfriend is very upset that she has lost everything, including all pictures. We both loved the app before all the problems and would love to continue using the app but it's sometimes not worth using. Please, we would love to have these problems sorted because we use it 24/7. I hope you see to the issues soon and fix them because everybody loves this app. Keep up the hard work :)

also having this exact same problem. Get the message notifications but only a blank screen that freezes when I'm actually in the app. Disappointing there's no fix yet :(
