Cant get app to work

I sent invite to my BF and he has accepted and is able to see that he is linked to me, he can send me messages etc (I see the notification pop up on my phone) BUT my app says I am still waiting for him to accept my invite. What are we doing wrong?

I unfortunately don't have an answer for you, but a similar prob. The app went funky on me and took me back to the original invite. I still have to have a password to sign in (so the app remembers me), but I can't except the invite. My fiancé even changed his email address and sent the invite again. The app doesn't recognize his new email address. He can't get to his old to accept me. Meanwhile he can send me messages and stuff. I get the push notifications that he is. Pair, please help us! (I wrote you an email two weeks ago and no reply).

Elizabeth: We actually didn't receive an email from you, so we will respond here:
It sounds like you and your fiancé both ended up creating multiple accounts, which is an unfortunate bug on our end (one that should be fixed really soon). It's because email addresses are case sensitive, and so if your fiancé invites the account with Eliza... versus eliza..., that is what could be causing the problem. If you can both check to see which email you both signed up with, and try to match those up, we think that'll solve the issue.
